This presentation will identify the facts and myths of human trafficking, provide ways to recognize potential victims and connect them with appropriate resources, develop a broader understanding of the barriers that exist when providing support to victims of human trafficking, and strengthen techniques in victim-engagement by incorporating trauma-informed practices.
